I also run the Accelerated Book Club. It's a book club with a difference in that you don't need to read the book! I read the latest professional and personal development books, juice out all the insight and take you through the key exercises to embed the learning. You always leave with a personalised action plan. ABC takes place quarterly and everyone is welcome

About

I trained with CTI Co-active - widely considered to be the gold standard in coaching - and I am certified with the International Coaching Federation meaning I abide by their code of ethics.

Prior to coaching, I worked in insight for 20 years. I started on the grad scheme at Millward Brown and progressed in experience via Synovate, Cadburys, Clear M&C Saatchi and Simpson Carpenter where I ran the quantitative consumer team.

Outside of work I have two daughters and enjoy yoga, dancing and horse riding when I can fit them in. I also LOVE new experiences and enjoy a statement earring and the occasional kitchen disco 🙂
