I have over a decade of agency-experience, with the majority of that time dedicated to healthcare and medical device market research. As a qualitative specialist, I've personally conducted hundreds of interviews, as well as being responsible for managing the day-to-day running of large-scale, international studies.

My favourite two types of study sit on opposite ends of one spectrum. I love the fluffier, more subjective studies such as the message/logo/packaging testing and creative concept evaluation. By complete contrast, I also enjoy the black and white studies which hone in on product features, functions and how a user interacts with these, such as device/website/app usability.

I've also done lots of patient journey mapping, unmet needs identification, market landscape exploration, target product profile evaluation and more.

I've conducted interviews with a variety of stakeholders: Patients (adults, teens and children), Caregivers, Nurses, Physicians, Purchasers, KOLs

The therapeutic and device areas of expertise include (but are not limited to): Diabetes, wound care, ophthalmology, transplants, POC solutions, vascular access, auto-injectors, continence care and catheters, anaesthesiology, deep brain stimulation

Outside of work, I am a mother of two curious little girls who keep me on my toes! Any spare time I have is spent on jogging, yoga, crafting and reconnecting with my French and Italian language skills.
