When a research project feels doesn’t quite land, teams usually react in one of two ways:

Both can work. But the decision you take from the data and the confidence that comes with it remains yours.
I believe there is a third way: building confidence with expert support, without heavy commitment.
I’ve brought together everything I’ve learned in market research, data analysis, storytelling, and marketing strategy to build an offer that avoids overspend and adapts to your timelines and priorities.

About
Hi! I’m a Strategic Insights leader with 15 years of international experience helping organizations turn research and data into business value. I’ve worked across agency, brand, and consulting - including roles at Kantar, Circana (IRI), Reckitt, and Eat Well Global.
Most recently, I was Head of Insights & Impact at Eat Well Global, a B-Corp communications agency. I built the insights capability from the ground up, defined the commercial offer (generating ~$1.5M annually), and led global consumer and healthcare professional research for clients including PepsiCo, Hershey’s, Huel, Bel Group, and Barilla. I was also responsible for proprietary thought leadership read across the food and health industry.
I enjoy working closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations teams to embed insight-led growth across organizations. I remain hands-on with research, from survey design and analysis to moderating focus groups and identifying emerging consumer trends.
Originally from France and raised in an Italian family, my career has taken me from the UK to Melbourne and Amsterdam, giving me a truly global perspective. I'm now back in the lovely city of Nice.
Outside of work, I enjoy storytelling in another form: writing poetry, children’s stories, and theatre. (I’ve published a poetry book in French!)
