Background

I've spent the past 15 years as a researcher and strategist, both in-house at media/advertising agencies, and more recently as an independent research consultant.

It was during this time that I realise how 'painful' many of the processes involved in qual research are. As a consultant all I wanted to do was deliver great insight for my clients; not spend time scheduling session or paying incentives. So, having built research tools for previous employers I saw an opportunity to build one to answer this need for the market research industry.

The software has been built by an experienced developer from banking and informed by Fin Tech/Alt Finance legal counsel, to ensure both financial and GDPR compliance.
