I am an independent research and evaluation agency with over 20 years' experience working across the Public & Private sectors. I  speciliase in face to face (online & irl)research and help organisations consult with and better understand their customers, clients, service users and emplpyees.

I offer a full range of qualitative research services, working with clients to ensure I match the right method to the project objectives.

At the heart of my work is my ability to engage, listen, explore and understand behaviours, views and opinions.

Sarah is the commercial & charity expert with a background in strategic planning and international marketing. She was client services director for Brann (EHS Brann) and planning director for WWAV Rapp Collins, two of the UK’s top direct marketing agency groups. As well as research, Sarah is a trustee of Lifecycle UK providing marketing and fundraising help and advice & volunteers for the RVS on their Library at Home project. Her knowledge of consumer behaviour, branding and fundraising enhances all our commercial projects.
