I set up Macleod Research in early 2018 following a career as both an agency and client-side researcher. I am pleased to be able to offer my research expertise to clients and work in a flexible and friendly way.

I have worked extensively across a number of industries including agriculture, aviation, HR, banking & finance and science & technology.

I can be responsible for all aspects of a research project from planning and implementation through to analysis and interpretation of results or just one element if required. I have experience on working on both quantitative and qualitative, ad-hoc and continuous research.

I work with customers either as a 'white label' extension to their team, as a freelancer or simply working on certain elements of projects with or without other researchers. I am very happy working in any of these ways.

Background

For over fifteen years I have been providing customers with an expert market research service through working on short and long-term projects the results of which help to grow businesses. Results provide unbiased and objective insights on customer behaviour and attitudes. I believe putting the customer at the heart of all decision making will help businesses to thrive. Delivering research results which clients find highly valuable is greatly important to me.

I like solving problems, finding out what customers really think and delivering above expectations.

I am a full member of the Market Research Society and am registered with the ICO.
