International Communication & Audience Engagement Research
I work with organisations in the international development, communication and media space to design and lead the implementation of research frameworks and studies that inform clients’ communication and audience engagement strategies, and enable them to monitor their progress and assess their impact.
I also support clients in developing in-house research capacity, train their teams in research methods and robust quality control mechanisms and provide on-going mentoring support.

I have extensive experience leading rigorous research, impact evaluation and research capacity building programs across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. I specialise in designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research that enables organisations to optimise their audience engagement and communication strategies and evaluate their impact, with a primary focus on communication for development (C4D), gender and youth.
