Location and Accessibility

In terms of convenience, The Qualitative Lab is situated in a 'sweet spot' - only 15 minutes by train from Central London (Waterloo) but also easily accessible from surrounding suburbs and all major airports.

Located in the Town Centre of Wimbledon SW19, the facility is just a 3 minute walk from Wimbledon station with its mainline, tube (District Line) and tram links.

For those wishing to drive The Qualitative Lab is served my major roads and, unusually for a London facility can offer the perk of  FREE on-site parking to researchers and viewing clients, which a frequently extends to accommodating respondents - the on-site parking is definitely appreciated by those running projects with copious amounts of bulky stim!

Insightful and Delightful

As a single studio venue you will have exclusive use of our waiting room and studio. Our studio room is light and comfortable, fully equipped with TV, Laptop, flip chart and stationery, high quality static camera and built-in central ceiling microphone. Layouts are flexible with the room accommodating 8-10 people in 'front room style'.

The viewing room is spacious and airy, with a large viewing mirror, boardroom table and small break out area and refreshment station. It comfortably seating 6-8 viewers 4/5 at the mirror.

The overall feeling of the venue is relaxed, and comfortable, creating an atmosphere conducive for conducting high quality research.

Streaming and Recordings

Video and Audio recordings of sessions are included in the hire charge and shared within 24hours via secure download link (link is valid for 21 days). Web-streaming of sessions for those wishing to view remotely is available via our password protected 'TQL Live' streaming service. A test streaming session is run as standard for clients prior to the live sessions to ensure any technical issues such as company firewalls do not inhibit viewing.

Catering & Refreshments

A variety of catering options are available, both in-house or takeaway (via an app with host assisted ordering) to cover all requirements, for both respondents and clients, and to suit all budgets.
