I’ve advised corporate insight leaders and coached their teams in nearly 100 organisations. Before that I built my expertise in data, analysis and insight roles for companies including Barclays and Capital One.

Based on this experience, I've developed a step-by-step approach to help anyone who works with data to become an expert data translator.

I offer consultancy, coaching and workshops to leaders of data and insight teams to help them to have more impact in their organisations. Together, we work on building foundational knowledge of the business, running broad and efficient data investigations with a focus on finding the answer to the business question, and communicating findings clearly to drive action.

About

Hi, I'm Julia. I live in Warwickshire with my family and our two Tibetan Terriers. When I'm not working I'm usually dog walking, swimming, seeing indie films at the local arts centre, and being a taxi service to my two kids.

In addition to running my business I'm also a part-time member of the AURA team, looking after their Marketing.
