We are a small full service agency offering both Quant and Qual studies focused on both Consumer (FMCG) and Healthcare industries.

Services

We are a small team of 2 people with over 2 decades of experience in Market Research in both FMCG and Healthcare.

We are based in Lisbon and currently work with clients from the US, UK and Asia (Singapore, Japan and Korea).

We have extensive experience in different research methods and love working on projects that help brands understand their customers better through a combination of both Qual and Quant methodologies. Start with the unknown unknowns, discover new insights and then quantify them to inform better business decisions.

I have a colleague working with me full time in Lisbon. She has over 15 years of Market Research experience working both with Portuguese clients and internationally.

Interested in working in full projects where I can deliver a service from beginning to end, but also flexible and happy to be part of a project or to work as a freelance/ consultant on specific projects. Happy to also just talk to discuss ideas or provide advice based on my experience.

I have an extensive network of panel providers, programmers, data processing capabilities that I work with as well as a network of other freelance experts with specialties in diverse fields.

About

I started my career with Nielsen in Oxford, UK and then moved to Kantar offices in London. After 10 years  working agency side I moved client side to Reckitt Benckiser in Slough UK. After one year I was offered a position in Singapore which I accepted. I then spend another 2 years with Reckitt in Singapore and then moved to Abbott Laboratories as Head of Insights for Asia Pacific where I worked for 6 years.

In 2020, I returned to my home country of Portugal and am now based in Lisbon. I have been working on my own business in the last 4 years in partnership.

I also bring an extensive multi/cultural experience having lived, worked and travelled across 4 continents.
