I offer end-to-end research services across the project lifecycle from defining the brief to design, fieldwork, analysis, and implementation:
- Briefing & Design – shaping clear, strategic research briefs and designing materials that align to objectives, ensuring the right questions are being asked to deliver meaningful insight.
- Project Management – leading or facilitating project delivery, including timeline and budget planning, overseeing supplier partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Qualitative Moderation – a confident and highly-skilled moderator with extensive experience across in-person and online methodologies including depth interviews, focus groups, workshops and online communities.
- Analysis & Reporting – translating data into clear, actionable stories with visually engaging outputs that inspire discussion and enable decision-making.
- Implementation – helping clients embed insights through planning and delivery of activation workshops and action planning sessions.
- Training & Upskilling – delivering bespoke training for teams who want to strengthen their internal research capabilities.
While qualitative research is my specialism, I can deliver mixed-method projects and collaborate with quantitative partners to deliver what each project needs.
I have experience with B2C and B2B audiences across Retail, Automotive, Technology, FMCG, Sport, Charity, Education and Finance.
Available for short-term contracts, ad-hoc projects, or collaborative partnerships with other agencies and consultants.

Curious by nature, I love exploring what drives people’s attitudes, behaviours and preferences, both in my work but also in my personal life by travelling the globe to experience new cultures and perspectives.
Throughout my career, I’ve held senior leadership roles both agency and client side, including 4 years leading the research function at The FA, where I experienced first-hand the challenge and reward of championing the value of insight within a complex organisation. That experience shaped my belief that research should always drive real-world decisions, not just deliver data.
I’ve presented to C-suite audiences and spoken at international conferences, helping organisations and peers see the power of research. Those opportunities have strengthened my ability to translate insight into stories that engage and influence at every level.
