All projects are assessed by a Director before being assigned to a dedicated Project Manager in our team. Throughout, you have direct access to a Director so you benefit from senior expertise.

We are recognised for our accessibility and flexibility in meeting client needs, whether it is a tight timescale or an unusual brief.

We have a rapidly growing database of high calibre respondents we can draw on to create bespoke focus groups. All respondents are screened using our own data validation software to ensure they are genuine and to filter out serial attendees and false identities. Very importantly, all recruitment of respondents is carried out in-house which means we have control over quality and timescale.

We are approachable and honest - if we can't meet a specific brief we will say so at the very start.
