After a languages degree, Dean started his research career in 1998 at 
BJM’s International division before moving to The Qualitative Consultancy. 
Three years in Sydney with Market Equity and Bread & Butter cemented 
his appetite for creative development research, which he continued back
in the UK as Associate Director with CML and Outlook. He worked at retail
specialist ABA before starting White Tiger in 2008.
