Judy has over 20 years’ dedicated market research experience, specialising these days in Project Management (PM) of both Qual and Quant projects and Moderation. Her approach is always to be honest, open, friendly and flexible. As the first stage of any research project, Judy takes the time needed to fully understand your organisation and your research aims.

She then works closely with you to agree the methodology and to formulate a bespoke questionnaire or discussion guide, the critical foundation of any research project. This ensures that any consultation and engagement will result in the desired outputs and valuable insights which will provide the answers to your questions. She then delivers your research within the agreed budget and time frame.

She successfully ran JB Market Research Services Ltd as a full service market research agency for 18 years, from 2000-2018, during which time she had a team of interviewers who worked on the larger scale (telephone and street) quantitative surveys. Whilst the public and third sector projects tended to be in the UK, many private sector projects were pan-European and global. Clients have included: London Borough of Bromley, Kent County Council, Hadlow College, New Scientist, Foresters Friendly Society, Investec, Smiths Medical International, Cats Protection, Bigjigs Toys, Zur Muhlen International and Romney Resource Centre.
