I founded JB Market Research in 2000 and over the past 20 years have worked with clients across the public, private and third sectors which means that I can offer you a wealth of experience and knowledge. Clients have included: London Borough of Bromley, Kent County Council, Hadlow College, New Scientist, Foresters Friendly Society, Investec, Smiths Medical International, Cats Protection, Bigjigs Toys, Zur Muhlen International and Romney Resource Centre.  Methodologies have included traditional methods of telephone and face-to-face interviewing as well as focus groups and I am now moving more towards online methodologies, including webcam depth interviews and focus groups, as well and online communities, bulletin boards and mobile studies.

This is grounded in my Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM DipM).
