With over 25 years experience of market research gained with leading agencies, including several senior client services roles, our focus is to deliver clear insights, with clear commercial implications
We guide, design and interpret research for our clients in sectors spanning food & drinks, retail, service as well as conducting training in the applications of research. We specialise in innovation work from ideation to concept development via branding, customer journeys and touchpoint mapping and are experts in consumer segmentations.
Equally comfortable with qualitative and quantitative work, we offer a hands-on, senior-led approach. We design and deploy surveys as well as discussion guides and groups, analyse findings, deliver insightful presentations up to CEO level and organise dynamic workshops to help clients utilise insights. In all our activities we have a pragmatic and collaborative ethos.
