With over 20 years experience of market research gained with leading agencies, including several senior client services roles, our focus is to deliver clear insights, with clear commercial implications

We guide, design and interpret research for our clients in sectors spanning food & drinks, retail, service as well as conducting training in the applications of research. We specialise in innovation work from ideation to concept development via branding, customer journeys and touchpoint mapping and are experts in attitudinal segmentations.

Equally comfortable with qualitative or quantitative work, we offer a hands-on, senior director involvement and conducts all analyses, including segmentation and statistics, in house.

Our company founder, Muriel Esposito, is a graduate in European Business Administration with both French and UK accreditations, and is fluent in French and Spanish.
