We guide, design and interpret research for our clients in sectors spanning food & drinks, retail, service as well as conducting training in the applications of research. We specialise in innovation work from ideation to concept development via branding, customer journeys and touchpoint mapping and are experts in consumer segmentations.
Equally comfortable with qualitative and quantitative work, we offer a hands-on, senior-led approach. We design and deploy surveys as well as discussion guides and groups, analyse findings, deliver insightful presentations up to CEO level and organise dynamic workshops to help clients utilise insights. In all our activities we have a pragmatic and collaborative ethos. Our company founder, Muriel Esposito, is a graduate in European Business Administration with both French and UK accreditations, and is fluent in French and Spanish.
