About
I have over 5 years experience working agency-side. My experience consists of conducting consumer behavioural journeys to identify triggers and barriers to behaviour adoption, product testing (including sensory deconstruction), brand development, and communication/policy development. I have expertise in conducting research on sensitive topics, for example, on immigration, extremism, and disability.
I have experience in conducting research with the public through to specialist stakeholders, using a blend of traditional and innovative research methods, and applying behavioural models to research design and outputs (e.g. COM-B, ISM, B=MAP and EAST). I have a particular interest in research that helps to inform decision making, and value methods and deliverables that put the people we're learning from at the core.
Outside of work, I like to stay active, read, attend webinars, experience new cultures, and spend time with my son - he is the reason I've decided to take a 'leap of faith' and enter the freelance community.
Please do get in touch if you think I'd be able to help you in any way, or if you just want a friendly chat.
