About
I am an accomplished research professional with a track record, spanning over 16 years, working for large research agencies including NOP and GfK (now part of Ipsos MORI). Prior to entering the world of research, I worked in operational management roles in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Alongside Coaching Oxford I ran my own purpose-led research business, Research Oxford, for 11 years specialising in research and evaluation for charities and social enterprises.
I am a qualified coach with a MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and have an accredited Certificate in Therapeutic Coaching. I am trained in Nancy Kline’s Thinking Partnership approach to coaching and facilitation and hold the British Psychological Society’s Certificate of Registration, qualifying me to use various personality and profiling tools. I also hold a Level Two Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, am a trained Mental Health First Aider and have a BSc. in Hospitality Management.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching, operating within its Global Code of Ethics, and a member of ROBIN (Responsible Oxfordshire Business Involvement Network).
Outside work I enjoy the outdoors (cycling and walking), socialising and a drop or two of real ale.
