I'm MD of Oyster Research and a languages' graduate from Oxford Brookes University with Diplomas in French, German and Spanish.

With over 30 years' experience to bring to the table, which I've gained from associate director positions in leading agencies, and as a freelance consultant, I still feel just as passionate and excited about delivering our clients high quality research, which is insightful and actionable.

My wide-ranging experience comes from working with a huge list of clients - in the UK and internationally - in sectors including: retail, property, distribution, construction, financial and professional services, education, travel, fmcg, and even explosives.

Clients get director level involvement at each stage of the research process and, where required, I work with a team of hand-picked associates, noted for their specialist expertise.

Alongside the ICG, I'm a Full Member of the MRS.
