Aurora offers advanced online quantitative survey support and consulting services, by the project, by the day or simply by the hour!

Services

Aurora's bread and butter is running quantitative online surveys, however we know that many experienced researchers also feel comfortable running many or all aspects of surveys themselves too.

Saying this, our agency and corporate clients often need a helping hand: be it with project or questionnaire design, sampling, advice on which online panels to use (and which not to!), survey scripting, using advanced techniques (such as segmentation, conjoint or max diff), data quality checks or reporting and analysis. And sometimes all of the above!

With over 25 years experience running online surveys, we are delighted to advise on best practice. Aurora mainly uses Forsta tools to manage projects (Forsta Plus, Forsta Panel Management and Visualizations), and have done so for many years when they were still known as Confirmit, Kinesis and Dapresy. We also have a particular soft spot for Alchemer (nee Survey Gizmo) as a cost-effective survey tool!

Our clients often need assistance with projects as a whole (which is great), but other times it may just be some support or advice when the bread is too hard or the butter won't spread, and that is where Aurora can help!
