About
I started Matthew Minns Research Consultancy in 2009 to meet a need for high quality research without the big agency costs.
I am a highly experienced, versatile and expert qualitative researcher with over 27 years’ experience offering expert moderation, consultancy, ethnography, co-creation, and workshops and full service project management.
I have held directorships at leading research agencies before becoming an independent consultant 15 years ago.
I have conducted thousands of interviews ranging across many sectors and target audiences, from the homeless, at-risk and hard to reach through to UHNW individuals, political leaders, and C-suite leaders.
I work closely with a range of research agencies, businesses, and government departments and third sector organisations and have a particular interest in online methodologies, NPD, automotive, technology, digital media, B2B, communications, evaluation, social, health and policy.
