I feel I was meant to be a researcher. Never mind what Formula 1 scouts may say.
I’m a research and insight expert who is passionate about understanding people, their behaviours and the opinions they hold, and getting to the bottom of what those thoughts, feelings and actions actually mean for brands and organisations.
I’ve been in the business for over 25 years and my experience has breadth; from market sizing and segmentation through to new product / service development, customer satisfaction and brand health tracking.
Having worked at agencies, consultancies (and the odd client) my sector expertise is varied too, including consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, leisure, media, finance and the charity sector.
Through Cake Consulting, I deliver high-impact research for clients who need senior-level expertise.
