Working primarily in sectors that are experiencing rapid change driven by technology, I bring together deep research expertise across multiple methods with publication-quality writing and 20+ years of B2B moderating up to C-level.


I spent almost 20 years with Kantar and Ipsos MORI before becoming independent. I currently represent a number of organisations in fractional Research Director roles, as well as taking on custom assignments with particular interest in the following areas:

I especially enjoy working in technology and financial-services categories, helping clients to identify gaps and opportunities that arise from profound change.

The name of my consultancy is Jam!Research, which refers to the mix of deep research expertise and publication-quality copywriting and live delivery that I offer. I love writing white papers and speaking at conferences almost as much as I love interviewing. I'm equally as likely to be producing thought-leadership content for the public domain to help brands tell their stories, as I am conducting proprietary work to assist brands in honing their offerings.
