Knowledgeable Insight Consultant with over 15 years experience in Market and Social Research, specialising in public sector and not-for-profit.

Services

I offer a range of services from desk-based research through to full research project design and delivery (qual and quant), and project or programme evaluation.

I can also help you pull together your existing research into a simple, clear narrative with impactful insights about your audiences or customers, and am particularly adept at getting to the human story behind the numbers - I personally think this is what drives decision making and change.

I am extremely collaborative in my work, and am experienced with running a research process across a range of teams to tight deadlines.

Finally if you are simply looking for some help with running fieldwork - focus groups, depth interviews - I love nothing more than this, so do get in touch!

About

I am passionate about helping organisations truly understand and plan for their audiences or customers, through high quality research design (qualitative and quantitative), delivery and insight.

My background is public sector and not-for-profit, largely through local government, and most recently through a number of senior roles at the National Trust.  Much of my time at the National Trust was spent working with internal teams as a Business Partner to design insight processes to answer their research questions, before planning, managing and delivering that work in partnership with them.
