I'm an award winning* commercially astute research professional with almost 20 years of experience gained in client and supply-side positions. Experience encompasses sales and delivery roles with a current focus on the development of new propositions, major customer experience programmes and multi-client benchmarking initiatives across financial services. I'm a flexible and diplomatic researcher, bringing an honest, open approach and board level credibility to message delivery.

Recent(ish) achievements include a Market Research Society Research Excellence award (financial services 2011) 'Best Session' award (MRS Conference 2012) and a shortlisting in the MRS FS research category in 2022.
