I am a freelance consumer and market researcher specialising in quantitative techniques.

I have over 20 years of experience in agency and client side roles across FMCG, Food & Drink, Technology, Transport, Travel & Leisure and Public Sector.


I'm a freelance consumer and market researcher helping clients innovate by bringing them closer to the consumer. Whether creating or developing engaging brands, creating new products or designing new services and experiences.

My main focus is quantitative research (the numbers bit). I‘ve been engaged in most aspects of quantitative research using surveys across a range of areas including Customer Experience and Behaviour, U&A, Brand Health measurement, Brand Positioning, Category Mapping, New Product Development, Product Testing and Segmentation.

I‘m comfortable with a range of advanced techniques including, Driver Analysis, Max Diff, Choice Modelling, Mapping and Segmentation and I’m experienced in using these alongside qualitative and sensory research to deliver clear and compelling stories and insights to my clients.

I'm interested in short term contracts, ad hoc projects and collaboration with other researchers.
