Services

Hello, my name is Elliot and I love surveys!

Market Research is all about revealing insights and telling stories to help people make informed decisions. I believe research should be more accessible and I want to help those with limited budgets but big research aspirations to achieve their goals. And with Fern Insight - The Survey Expert, I am here to help!

I have over a decade's worth of research experience working with big brands and have worked for both agencies and client-side, most recently at non-profit, Ben Automotive. Along the way I've picked up an MRS Advanced Certificate and LSE Advanced Data Career Certificate too. At Ben, I run brand trackers, industry health & wellbeing surveys and customer satisfaction studies for care centres and helplines. But now I want to help others too!

Want more than just SurveyMonkey or TypeForm but can't reach expensive agency prices? You will get an expert ICO certified market researcher/survey builder who can project manage and give you the insights you're looking for at non-agency prices. See pricing plans below

About

I have worked for agencies and client side in the market research and data analysis space for over a decade. I've worked for big brands (Barclays, John Lewis Partnership, Coventry Building Society, BBC, The Football League, The Telegraph) and currently for non-profit charity Ben Automotive. I continue to develop both quant and qual skills and love to offer support to organisations with limited research resources. Surveys are my passion although I'm comfortable with desk research, literature reviews, interviews and more.
