I have recently relocated to Strasbourg, France. I continue to work with U.S. multicultural and Hispanic audiences and Latin America, and I am now expanding to France as well. I conduct research in Spanish, English, and French.

At VHR we help our clients gain a deeper understanding of the people they serve to connect with them in an engaging and culturally relevant way. We deliver human insights with cultural context.

We work directly with small and larger organizations from designing the project, to recruiting, moderating, analyzing, and strategizing. We also partner with agencies offering moderation and analysis services in English, Spanish, and French in the U.S. and Latin America.

About

I have 18+ years of experience in the field. As a senior moderator for Ipsos Mexico, I worked with major companies from different fields (CPG, Pharma, International Organizations) participating in or coordinating local, regional, and global projects. For the last 10 years working as an independent researcher in the U.S., I have specialized in U.S. Hispanic and Multicultural markets and have continued to participate in and coordinate projects in Latin America. I also work with the general market.

My professional background is diverse. I have a BA in Psychology from the UIA in Mexico City, and a Master’s in Psychological Counseling from Paris V, France. I was a columnist for 15 years on newspapers, radio, and TV shows in Mexico, wrote special reports, and was a communications consultant for the United Nations Population Fund. And for nearly 20 years I was a workshop facilitator and speaker for teens, parents, and teachers, journalists, and other professionals.

I would say I have dedicated my professional life to understanding why people do what they do, and what they need to make decisions that are satisfying for them. My passion is to learn from different cultures and ways of seeing things.
