I'm really passionate about people enjoying their working lives. Not only does this make them happier, it also means that businesses deliver a better customer experience.

As well as being obsessed with Customer Experience and Workplace Culture, my background is in Innovation - I used to work at ?What If! - and love weaving those creative behaviours into everything I do.
Outside of work, I am married to Charlie, and we have two brilliant kids (Merry, 12 and Leo, 9).
I'm a massive Wrexham AFC fan, who after 40 years of misery is totally enjoying riding the Hollywood wave!
Anyone that knows me well will also tell you that I'm obsessed with The Cure.
