I specialise in qualitative practice, with a particular interest in behavioural science (namely, that humans are feeling over thinking beings), semiotics (the coding and decoding of meaning/ information through words, colours, shapes etc.) and brand positioning (from the growing science of distinctive assets to proposition formulation and creative development).
I have my own clients as well as servicing many others through agency work, both in the UK and USA (and elsewhere). My standout expertise is in digital behaviours (withTV content and streaming a major strength), kids & youth research (everything from IP development for children to tech advisory around best practice in AI for teens) and finance (from high level brand work to proposition development and marketing activity).
I'm used to running my own projects, so can fit in at any stage, but aspects usually singled out are rich and insightful moderation, plus rapid analysis and deft storytelling. I'm always open to discussion for everything from brainstorming proposals, being parachuted in for fieldwork, through to emergency report writing.

Based in London, I am a frequent traveller in Europe, the US, and beyond. I have a passion for languages, and speak advanced French and German, with intermediate Spanish and conversational Modern Greek – allowing even more windows on to the world.
