I am a Qualitative Research Consultant. I can take care of the whole research process  - from briefing to report - or  only moderate - focus groups, in depth interviews, creative workshop and session with managers and employees in the company -  if only this activity is requested.

I work with passion, ethics, flexibility to ensure competence, commitment and a high standard of quality.

I analyze and interpret behaviours, attitudes and opinions, provide actionable insights and embedding them within the social, cultural and economic context of our country, Italy, to offer a broader perspective.

About

My area of specialization is Qualitative Research in which I have been working with great passion for over 25 years. I trained in prestigious institutes such as Delfo, Research International and Eurisko, where I worked for 15 years as a Research Manager. Thanks to this path and the skills acquired, I support companies and market research institutes in social and marketing research.

I manage projects at national and international levels, with different targets - consumers, managers, employees and opinion leaders - and adopt different methodologies both offline and online, always aimed at better understanding human beings synergistically from the psychological and cultural point of view, together with the context in which they live.

I have gained great experience with small and medium-sized local businesses, non-profit organizations, and large international companies.

I firmly believe in personal training and growth, so I have expanded my university background with courses in Positive Psychology (at the European Institute of Positive Psychology) and Neurolinguistic Programming and Coaching (at NLP Italy Coaching School/Unicomunicazione).

I live in Milan where I love going to the cinema and to art exhibition. Interior design is another great passion for me.
