I'm the founder of Momentum Research, a London-based consultancy specialising in a proprietary AI-powered research approach called Digital Conversation Analysis (DCA).
DCA complements traditional surveys and focus groups by scraping and analysing authentic consumer conversations from social media, forums, and review platforms — the places where people speak honestly, in a private setting.
Working across sectors including healthcare, food & drink, automotive, and consumer technology, I use DCA to surface brand and category insights that conventional methods sometimes miss. I have the usual cultural interests, particularly theatre.

Liverpool FC supporter, together with my oldest son.
