Jenny is a Research Consultant with over fifteen years professional experience in public and stakeholder engagement and consultation. She has experience of working in the fields of healthcare, social care, education, charitable and community.
Jenny's expertise lies in desk based / contextual research, designing bespoke research tools, facilitation of interviews / focus groups / co-production sessions, ethnographic research, qualitative and quantitative analysis and interpretation, and report / presentation writing.
Her clients have included The Brain Charity, Sunderland City Council, NHS North East and North Cumbria ICB, North of England Care Support System (NECS) and Kedleston Schools. She also works as a Research Associate for the strategic communications and public and patient engagement organisation – We are Stand, and the social change organisation, ICE. Jenny supports these organisations by providing additional capacity for the facilitation of research, evaluation, analysis and reporting.
Jenny has extensive experience of engaging with seldom-heard groups including children and young people, ethnic minority groups, individuals with a disability, long-term health condition or mental health issue, and victims of domestic abuse.

Jenny holds various qualifications including a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology and is member of the Market Research Society and Social Research Association.
Jenny seems to spend a lot of her time on the side-lines of football, rugby and netball pitches / courts supporting her husband and children! However, she does get some time to herself to enjoy her new passion - body combat.
