About

I’m an independent quantitative insight consultant working with senior marketing and insight leaders, often in partnership with brand consultancies.

I work most often across a&u, segmentation, and innovation - particularly where the challenge is less about producing more data and more about making existing insight useful across the business.     I believe bringing structure to complex briefs, aligning stakeholders and defining the strategic decisions to be made from the research are critical.

I’m interested in how people actually make decisions, and in designing research that supports that reality. Recently, this has included building AI-enabled approaches to help segmentation frameworks embed more effectively and get used day-to-day, rather than sitting in a deck.
