Ichor is run by Pamela Green a passionate and highly focussed customer insight specialist, accomplished international researcher and insight expert who has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Vietnam and New York, and has managed projects across more than 30 countries.
I have been working in & around customer insight since 1987. I am still a hands-on moderator, qual consultant and analyst and run qual training programmes.
Since launching Ichor in 2002, I have managed a variety of qualitative projects, undertaken numerous strategic brand reviews (single and multi-country), designed and run a wide variety of workshops and worked within client insight teams.
About
I am a passionate pragmatist when it comes to research
I'm comfortable with all qualitative methods (I've even invented new ones when tried and tested ones didn’t work!), I run workshops, and particularly enjoy comms research, and working with luxury brands, and I once appeared live on the GMTV sofa to discuss how car brands target female drivers.
I also offer Insight Curation (IC), enabling clients to extract maximum value from all their existing insight data. IC is a consultancy offer, a human approach, that provides a ‘whole picture’ overview with clear commercial benefits.
Away from research I am an unapologetic ailurophile (alongside caring for my own cat Monty, I volunteer for Cats Protection), a fervent foodie, and am slightly obsessed with ‘cosy crime‘.
