Services

I offer a consultancy or freelance services to market research companies who specialise in healthcare research. It might be something small like writing a screener or a discussion guide / questionnaire all the way through to managing the complete project with client contact and support from internal staff. I work on a project by project basis or do also work on contract if needs be.  After many years of working agency side I am also very comfortable taking on complete projects directly for healthcare and pharma companies - offering full service research, led by myself but working with a team of fellow consultants if needed.

About

I am a very experienced market researcher and have worked in the healthcare sector for over 30 years. I started out in quantitative research with a background in maths and statistics, but over the years have moved more into qualitative research. I started my career as a graduate trainee at AGB (now Kantar) and worked at various healthcare market research agencies such as Isis Research, Martin Hamblin and The Planning Shop - then set up my own agency (Ripple Research) before taking the difficult decision to step down and freelance due to starting a family. I am now loving freelancing and the flexibility it offers. I am hardworking, reliable and consistent member of any team. I am NLP trained and very happy moderating with HCPs and patients, either face to face or virtually, one on one or groups ...  Mostly now I manage projects for companies or help out on individual tasks when they are too busy.
