- Worked with a range of audiences. I have expertise in engaging what is often seen as 'hard to reach' audiences including multicultural communities.
About
I began my career in PR and comms, working across behaviour change campaigning when ‘behaviour change’ wasn’t such a thing. I was lucky enough to campaign and raise awareness of issues including teacher recruitment (Train to Teach); apprenticeships (National Apprenticeship Week); smoking cessation (Stoptober); winter preparedness (Stay Well This Winter) and childhood obesity (Change4Life). Still within the public sector and charities space, from here, I developed a specialism in multicultural marketing, an area in which I spend a portion of my time. It was when working within this area that I realised a genuine love for insights and strategic work, borne from the fact that the jumping off point for much multicultural marketing is zero insight into the communities clients want to reach.
I have a delightful 5-year-old, live in Middlesex, love Cornwall, beaches and cooking.
I’m new to this platform and open to working collaboratively, so do get in touch if you’d like to chat.
