Services
Specialising in user research for pre-schoolers and parents, after originally starting my career as a digital producer for educational and pre-school products. My Masters in Early Childhood Studies led to me specialising in user research for kids and families. I love working with children and teens, finding out what they most want from a product or game and then ensuring the final product is the best it can be.
I can recruit kids and families for your project, and do small in person, at home tests and focus groups. Testing in homes means children are relaxed and comfortable, leading to honest and more detailed feedback. I am DBS checked. I can also offer online sessions if preferred, including moderating sessions remotely. Happy to be part of a team or working on my own.
I also consult for children’s TV and digital on how to ensure programmes and products for children are inclusive, and audit existing IP and content through a ‘gender lens’: this often informs how I approach my recruitment and research sessions.
