As a Research Director with 20 years’ experience, I now partner with agencies and consultancies on a freelance basis. I provide flexible research support across the full project lifecycle, helping organisations move beyond assumptions to make evidence-based decisions.

I offer end-to-end insight and strategy support, from early stage problem definition through to activation and impact:
- Framing & Design – shaping business questions into clear research objectives, designing robust methodological approaches that align to commercial goals.

About
I bring a broad, cross-sector perspective spanning Automotive, Hospitality, Finance, FMCG, Retail, Media, Travel, Arts & Culture, Public Sector, and B2B sectors including Logistics, Manufacturing and Financial Services.
Over a 10-year tenure as Research Director at MM-Eye, I led high-value global insight programmes, influencing brand strategy, innovation pipelines and customer experience transformation. More recently, I have worked within a consultancy environment delivering relationship and organisational effectiveness programmes for B2B clients.
As a bilingual Swedish-English speaker, I am also able to moderate IDIs and focus groups in both Swedish and English, helping organisations engage participants in their language, uncovering deeper more culturally nuanced insights.
I am motivated by understanding what drives human behaviour, relationships and decision-making, and using that understanding to create tangible commercial impact.
