About
Highly experienced researcher. Certified Status of the Market Research Society (CMRS). Previously; co-founder/owner of Skyrocket research, senior consultant at ideas+visions automotive research, senior consultant at Discovery Research, associate director Pegram Walters International (now Synovate), SRE at Millward Brown.
I'm learning to speak Welsh so couldn't possibly moderate in Welsh. However, living in Wales and being a part of the local community means I can contribute meaningfully to the Welsh context and narrative.
I have a passion for Responsible Tourism and have a MSc in Responsible Tourism Management (Merit). In the context of tourism, 'Over-tourism', responsible tourism communication, and cultural heritage are areas which I'm especially interested in having an opportunity to research.
A volunteer for Sported; a nationwide charity with a focus on sport and communities; young people. I was until recently on the Betws-y-Coed and district tourism association committee - I now help out on specific projects.
I'm learning to play golf and to my surprise I'm loving it! Training and having fun with Joey, a new to us dog. I enjoy everything that living in Snowdonia and North Wales has to offer.
I'm keen to be involved in engaging people and other stakeholders through Participatory Research (Participation).
