- With over 10 years' experience in senior, research-led roles, and after having debriefed to Board level for Top 5 banks, utilities, and a host of SMEs, I know how to make a positive difference every time. My experience ensures I can translate user insight into actionable and viable recommendations for all my clients
- I use a highly collaborative approach to design the most efficient way of uncovering new insights about users, integrating this with the organisation's current knowledge base. I can then:
- Pinpoint specific service challenges/positives /opporunites as well as broader user needs and mindsets
- Synthesise the results into a wide range of formats so they are immediately actionable by Product and Development teams
- Continue to champion user needs and concerns throughout all stages of the Design process
- Coach staff internally to incorporate User Centred Design best practice and undertake their own research activities going forward

About
I believe that research has limited value until it's acted upon, and still get excited at just how much impact deep insights can have, when used well. Seeing a client Director grasp why customers didn't 'get' the company's current Communications (after he was included in an interactive Customer Closeness program), was inspirational. I relish the opportunity to constructively speak truth to power, and help organisations deal with the ever-increasing speed of change, whilst meeting and exceeding their users' expectations.
