Background

Alan & Sue Harvey set up Talk Back in 1999 along with Co Director Vivienne Morgan who stepped down in 2006 when we expanded into larger premises. We now have 3500sq ft. of viewing studios and office.

Mike Harvey came on board full time in 2015 after many years as the resident part time IT and AV technician for Talk Back. For the last 3 years Mike has been working alongside Sue and Alan, a true family business. Now in Talk Back's 20th Anniversary year Sue and Alan have decided it is time to retire and Mike takes on the role of Managing Director.

On a personal level, I love meeting and speaking to all the different people I deal with daily and that’s why I love market research as I do. Every day is different and brings new challenges.
