Celia has over 20 years’ experience in the market research industry. She is the founder and managing director of Nutcracker Research in the UK (established in 2013) and in Malta since 2020. In the past 10 years, Nutcracker Market Research, under Celia's leadership, has delivered large multi-country studies within four EU Commission-funded R&D projects. It has also continued to specialise in product and comms development, with a particular interest in multi-market targets.
Prior to setting up her own companies, Celia worked at director-level within established research agencies in London and outside of the UK leading projects across Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific regions. Over the course of the past 20+ years, she has delivered research to several high profile clients such as; HSBC, the National Health Service (UK), The UK Financial Conduct Authority, SAGE publishers, the Institution for Engineering and Technology, the Chartered Insurers Institute, Legal & General, RBS, Royal Mail, Motorola, Pearson, Boots, the British Medical Journal, NatWest, Scottish Widows, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Tesco, EE and O2.
