Isla has been working in market research for 14 years after starting her career at a small agency in Nottingham and gaining experience across a variety of sectors, both qual and quant.   She has a wealth of experience within the food & drink industry but does cover other sectors.

In 2018, she began Nailed On Research to help her work / life balance which has become a perfect balance now.   She spends her time at home with husband, 3 daughters & a very active labrador!  She has become even better at time management thanks to her kids extra curricular activities and having to fit in everything into a tight time schedule!
