My core skill is to recruit senior business/political decision-makers via LinkedIn, and over the phone where necessary. I specialise in qualitative b2b recruitment (preferably C-Suite), and use LinkedIn Recruiter, allowing us to target from more than 1 billion global users.
Services
I provide b2b field recruitment services, usually for online depth interviews but also for f2f discussions or focus groups. Our client base is predominantly small to medium sized market research companies who are seeking to outsource projects to a highly experienced and professional b2b recruiter.
In response to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I make extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services, allowing us to comprehensively target more than 1 billion global LinkedIn users. This highly effective recruiting tool provides quick, efficient and extensive results, and I currently have about 20,000 1st-degree connections (although I can target most others too).
I am adept at working on tough new projects (recruitment of 10 CEO's from FTSE 350 & Top Track 100 companies comes to mind), or at completing existing projects which others have been unable to finish (e.g. 15 additional MEP's for online interviews, or 12 extra financial services users quickly needed for some discussion groups).
I make a point of being well briefed on projects and their objectives, enabling intelligent decisions about sample development, respondent targeting etc. I never compromise on the quality of recruits and this, invariably, leads to well-functioning depths or discussion groups providing extremely satisfied customers.
About
Having graduated in Economics, I moved in to the market research industry more than 20 years ago, and soon specialised within qualitative field recruitment at a friendly local agency.
I quickly mastered the challenge of reaching respondents effectively (at a cold level), and thoroughly enjoy the resulting interactions. I attach great importance to communicating well and dealing with people in a courteous and professional manner.
Outside work I have enjoyed much travel to other cultures (particularly Brazil) which has been both enjoyable and has also broadened my horizons towards other people's cultural perspectives (and challenged my planning skills too!)
I am a committed Christian, and this affects my whole life and the perspective I take towards others and what I do.
