We specialise in global, online and mobile qualitative research, tackling diverse briefs (from Innovation to Brand and Communications Strategy, Creative Development, UX and Customer Experience).
Typical briefs include strategic development, advertising development, customer journey, CX and innovation.
We are collaborative and offer full-service or discrete elements from design, to set up, moderation and reporting).
Our founder Tom Woodnutt also trains leading research, digital and advertising agencies in how to design and run successful online, mobile qualitative research (both independently and as a digital skills tutor for the AQR).
I am from London but moved to the countryside near the New Forest. I spend time with family, and have particular passions for psychology, cooking, chess and golf.
