Reflections Manchester is celebrating its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of providing high-quality viewing studios in Manchester and supporting clients with their market research projects.

Founded by ICG member Wendy Dunn in 2016, the business idea began organically. While working in her office, Wendy noticed the neighbouring office space had become available and saw an opportunity to separate the two offices with a spy mirror, instead of a wall, and create a dedicated viewing facility.
Citrus Studio opened in June 2016, with its first booking taking place on the 21st of June for RDSI. As demand grew, Reflections Manchester expanded and opened a second studio, Zest in 2018.
Over the past decade, the business has successfully navigated significant industry challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapid evolution of AI, both of which have impacted the research landscape. Despite these changes, Reflections Manchester has remained committed to delivering exceptional service and championing the value of face-to-face research.
A key part of the company’s success has been its people. The business is expertly run by Susan, supported by Liz and Martin. They always go above, and beyond, to ensure a great experience for clients, moderators and respondents. They are very proud of the hundreds of positive client testimonials collected in the visitors books over the years.
Reflecting on the milestone, founder Wendy Dunn said:
“Ten years ago, Reflections Manchester started with one studio and one booking. Since then, we’ve welcomed clients from across the world, adapted to industry changes, and continued to do what we love. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built in Manchester and the service we provide to the market research industry. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our fabulous clients for their continued support; it’s very much appreciated.”
We would personally like to thank the ICG and it’s members for their continued support and encouragement over the last ten years, we greatly appreciate it.
