Independents’ Day Award – Finalists Announced
The ICG has some of the most talented and experienced researchers in our industry but until now the contributions of independent researchers have not been recognised in our professional body’s awards process… until now.
The ICG launched its inaugral Independents’ Day Award earlier this year, designed to recognise the contribution of researchers who choose to work as micro-businesses rather than in a larger agency environment.
We received many excellent quality submissions, and the judging panel has been spending the last couple of months reviewing the awards, debating their relative merits and selecting our finalists. After much deliberation, the finalists are (drum roll please…):
-
Shed Research Consulting
Uniting the public and private sector: Building a business case for a new type of energy company - John Habershon
Developing the Boots Christmas Ad Using Manual Facial Coding - Hope + Anchor
Small but mighty: How a mould-breaking micro-agency gave Time Inc. the tools to crack the tech titans - know research
Contributing to our clients’ success through innovative techniques and engaging communication
Well done to you all. And now for the nail biting wait for the announcement of the winner. The finalists will be invited to attend the MRS Awards Dinner on 5th December and the winner will receive their trophy in front of over 800 of the sector’s leaders and research buyers.
Over the next few months we will be featuring more about each finalist and their submission on the website so watch this space.
