We welcome Advanced Symbolics Inc. (ASI) for this Lunch&Learn, a half-hour lunchtime slot where members can informally hear about how organisations can help them in their work.
Advanced Symbolics Inc. (ASI) is an AI-based market research company that has seen great success using social media services for public opinion research. They have developed the first technology that bridges the gap between social media and traditional market research by introducing probabilistic sampling to the analysis of these social platforms.
Their A.I, Polly™, is able to capture conversations; uncovering insights to help organizations navigate the marketplace. Through their various services, Polly uses representative samples to segment populations allowing her to contextualize the environment brands live in.
This will be an educational presentation to show how randomized, controlled, representative sampling on social media was applied to a successful market research campaign, proving that the market research tools of traditional market researchers can now be applied to online samples using A.I/ML, with the added benefit of speedy delivery and more accurate forecasting enabled by this rich dataset.
This Lunch and Learn will be led by Marisol Bedoya, Marketing Specialist.
As part of the Lead Generation and Sales team at ASI, Marisol has drawn from her Bachelor of International Business degree focusing on Marketing and Trade. Throughout her time at the company, she has coordinated ASI’s presence at international events, created relationships with potential customers from around the world and curated project proposals for prospective companies.
