Independent’s Day 2016 Finalists

25 Apr 2017 | Webinars

This webinar was kindly sponsored by Critical Research – working with you, not for you: together we succeed.

Last year, in association with the MRS, we launched the Independents' Day Award to showcase the ICG. We have some of the most talented and experienced researchers in our industry and this Award gives us independent researchers the opportunity to be recognised for our work and to be part of our professional body’s awards process.

Last year we had some great submissions from members and four of these went on to become our finalists. In this webinar, our four finalists each gave a 10-minute reprise of their entry, so that you can see what impressed our judges so much!

  • Dan Young, Shed Research Consulting
Uniting the public and private sector: Building a business case for a new type of energy company
  • John Habershon, Momentum Research
Developing the Boots Christmas Ad Using Manual Facial Coding
  • Amanda Anderton, Hope + Anchor
Small but mighty: How a mould-breaking micro-agency gave Time Inc. the tools to crack the tech titans
  • Stuart Green, know research
Contributing to our clients’ success through innovative techniques and engaging communication

The ICG will shortly be asking for submissions for this year's Independent's Day Award, so this webinar is essential viewing for those thinking of making an entry and, even if you're not, you will be able to learn about some of the magnificent work being done by our fellow independent researchers.
