Is there a future for face to face research?

25 Jun 2020 | Research & Business Knowledge

ICG members iPoint faced a steady stream of questions from clients and colleagues asking for their opinion on face to face research post lockdown. A total of 1394 responses, spread across 16-75 years olds in the UK was achieved. No plot spoilers – but there are some interesting details of participants’ expectations of how research sessions should be organised in the future.
